Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and lavender.
- Cook over medium heat until blueberries burst and mixture thickens.
- Strain out lavender and let blueberry mixture cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon cream mixture into serving glasses.
- Swirl cooled blueberry mixture through the cream.
- Chill before serving.
