Description

Delicious and healthy banana trail mix breakfast cookies made with oats, nuts, and dried fruits, perfect for a grab-and-go morning snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add oats, nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow cookies to cool slightly before serving.
