Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C and grease a bundt pan well.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Gradually stir in hot water.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 45β50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Invert onto a wire rack and cool completely before serving.
