  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add lime juice and zest, stirring to combine.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon lime butter over the top.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
