- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- Mix in sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika until combined.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
You can add cooked rice or potatoes for a heartier meal. Adjust seasoning to taste.
