Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  5. Stir in chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. Mix in sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika until combined.
  7. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

You can add cooked rice or potatoes for a heartier meal. Adjust seasoning to taste.
