- 1/2 cup cookie butter
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
- Cookie crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a square pan. Let cool slightly.
- In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and cookie butter until smooth.
- Cut brownies into bite-sized pieces and place in serving dishes.
- Pour cookie butter pudding over brownies, covering evenly.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cookie crumbs before serving.
Notes
For extra richness, swirl additional cookie butter on top before chilling. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
