Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil gently until fully liquid.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir until smooth and fully combined.

- Place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until firm.
- Remove from molds and store chilled until ready to serve.
