Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Lettuce, tomato, and salsa for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  4. Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  6. Divide beef mixture among tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Add lettuce, tomato, and salsa as desired.
  8. Roll up tortillas and serve warm.

Notes

You can prepare the beef mixture ahead of time for quicker assembly. Add avocado or sour cream for extra flavor.
