Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- Lettuce, tomato, and salsa for topping
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Divide beef mixture among tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add lettuce, tomato, and salsa as desired.
- Roll up tortillas and serve warm.
Notes
You can prepare the beef mixture ahead of time for quicker assembly. Add avocado or sour cream for extra flavor.
