Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped cabbage and beef broth, cook for 5-7 minutes until cabbage is tender.
- Stir in sour cream and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
You can add paprika or Italian seasoning for extra flavor. Leftovers store well for 2-3 days.
