Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese, cooked bacon or sausage, bell peppers, and onions.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight if prepping ahead.
  6. In the morning, bake for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and top is lightly golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
