- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 4 sheets phyllo dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Add garlic, cinnamon, ginger, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken and chicken broth.
- Cook until heated through and slightly reduced.
- Stir in parsley and chopped almonds.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Brush phyllo sheets with melted butter.
- Layer phyllo over the skillet, tucking edges slightly inside.
- Cook covered for 5β7 minutes until phyllo is crisp.
