Baked Crispy Ground Beef Tacos


Description

Delicious baked tacos filled with seasoned ground beef, topped with cheese and baked to a perfect crispy finish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and a little water according to package instructions; simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and fold tortillas into taco shapes, placing them on the sheet.
  5. Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef, sprinkle with shredded cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until tacos are crispy and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve immediately with desired toppings.

Notes

Use small tortillas for perfect crispiness. You can add lettuce or sour cream as garnish.
