- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a little water according to package instructions; simmer 5 minutes.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and fold tortillas into taco shapes, placing them on the sheet.
- Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef, sprinkle with shredded cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until tacos are crispy and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately with desired toppings.
Notes
Use small tortillas for perfect crispiness. You can add lettuce or sour cream as garnish.
