- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken tenders with olive oil, then roll in brown sugar mixture.
- Place chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle cooked bacon on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and caramelized.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end. Serve with roasted vegetables or a side salad.
