A quick and flavorful noodle bowl made with savory ground beef, tender noodles, and a bold Asian-inspired sauce.
Ingredients

- 400g ground beef
- 250g rice noodles or egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add garlic and ginger and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and chili paste.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until well coated.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately and adjust spice level by adding more or less chili paste.
