- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken and cook until fully browned.
- Stir in water chestnuts and green onions.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is well combined.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha. Serve with extra green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
