  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook until fully browned.
  4. Stir in water chestnuts and green onions.
  5. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is well combined.
  7. Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha. Serve with extra green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
