Air Fryer Chicken Breast


Description

Tender and juicy chicken breasts cooked perfectly in the air fryer, seasoned simply for a quick and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before air frying. Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.
