- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of the chicken with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before air frying. Do not overcrowd the basket to ensure even cooking.
