- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Divide cooked sausage evenly into each muffin cup.
- Pour egg mixture over sausage.
- Top each muffin with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until set.
- Cool slightly before removing and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for easy grab-and-go breakfasts. Reheat in the microwave for 30–45 seconds.
