  • 4 English muffins, split
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place English muffin halves on a baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
