Ground Beef Stir Fry


Description

A quick and easy ground beef stir fry packed with vegetables, savory sauce, and perfect for serving over rice, noodles, or on its own for a healthy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder or fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas.
  6. Cook for 4–5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
  7. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  8. Toss to combine and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
