  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger and sautΓ© briefly.
  5. In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.
  6. Pour sauce into the skillet and simmer until thickened.
  7. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.

  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
