- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add carrots, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet.
- Cook for 5β7 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and chili flakes.
- Cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
