Ground Beef Stir Fry


Description

A quick and flavorful ground beef stir fry packed with colorful vegetables and a savory sauce—perfect for a fast, healthy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat if needed.
  5. Stir in broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas.
  6. Cook for 4–5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
  7. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  8. Toss to combine and cook an additional 2–3 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Serve over rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice. Add chili flakes or sriracha for extra heat.
