- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to combine and cook an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Serve over rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice. Add chili flakes or sriracha for extra heat.
