  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles in warm water until softened; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth.
  6. Add carrots, cabbage, and green beans; cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Add softened noodles and toss to combine.
  8. Season with black pepper.
  9. Cook for 2–3 minutes until noodles absorb the sauce.
  10. Garnish with green onions and serve with lemon wedges.
