- 2 cups frozen diced hash browns

- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess grease.
- Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Spread hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
- Layer cooked sausage and sautéed vegetables over the potatoes.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture over the casserole ingredients.
- Top with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
