  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in bell pepper and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Season with cumin, paprika, oregano, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook until vegetables soften and flavors combine.
  8. Stir in fresh parsley and lemon juice.
  9. Serve warm with rice, pita, or vegetables.
