- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and tender.
- Remove potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
- Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet and mix well.
- Cook together for a few minutes until flavors are combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Cut potatoes evenly for uniform cooking. You can add cheese or vegetables for extra flavor.
