Ground Beef & Potatoes Skillet


Description

Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and tender.
  3. Remove potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
  6. Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Return the potatoes to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Cook together for a few minutes until flavors are combined.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Cut potatoes evenly for uniform cooking. You can add cheese or vegetables for extra flavor.
