- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet with diced onions and garlic; drain excess grease.
- Transfer cooked beef mixture to the Crockpot.
- Add frozen vegetables, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Spread prepared mashed potatoes evenly on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Use leftover mashed potatoes or instant potatoes for convenience. For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a splash of gravy!
