Description

This Crockpot Ground Beef Stroganoff is a creamy, comforting, no-fuss dinner—tender ground beef slow-cooked with mushrooms, broth, and seasonings, then finished with sour cream for the perfect cozy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Transfer beef mixture to crockpot.
  4. Add mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir to combine and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
  6. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a richer sauce, add extra sour cream or cream cheese. Works great with ground turkey or chicken as well!
