This Crockpot Ground Beef Stroganoff is a creamy, comforting, no-fuss dinner—tender ground beef slow-cooked with mushrooms, broth, and seasonings, then finished with sour cream for the perfect cozy meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
- 1 cup sour cream
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
- Transfer beef mixture to crockpot.
- Add mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.
- Stir in sour cream just before serving.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a richer sauce, add extra sour cream or cream cheese. Works great with ground turkey or chicken as well!
