Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in onions and bell pepper.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Continue cooking until potatoes are crispy and tender, about 10β15 more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
