Easy Tiramisu Dessert

A simple, creamy, no-bake tiramisu layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and a rich mascarpone fillingβ€”easy enough for beginners and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 1 cup strong brewed espresso or coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together brewed espresso, sugar, and vanilla; set aside.
  2. In another mixing bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold mascarpone gently into the whipped cream until smooth.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the espresso mixture.
  5. Arrange soaked ladyfingers in a single layer in a dish.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat with a second layer of soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.
  8. Dust the top generously with cocoa powder.
  9. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  10. Top with chocolate shavings if desired before serving.

Notes

For a stronger flavor, add a splash of coffee liqueur to the espresso. Overnight chilling gives the best texture!
