Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and nuts until fully combined.
- Scoop dough into cookie mounds on the baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly with a spoon.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are set.
- Cool on a wire rack and enjoy.
Notes
Make them your own with shredded coconut, raisins, or protein powder. Store in the fridge for up to a week!
