Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or macaroni)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sautΓ© onions until soft.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  6. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the meat sauce.
  8. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  9. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and nutrients.
