- 1 package (6 oz) raspberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt or sour cream
- Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve raspberry Jello in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water.
- Add raspberries and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until partially set.
- In a separate bowl, mix whipped topping with vanilla yogurt or sour cream.
- Spread the creamy mixture over the partially set Jello.
- Refrigerate for an additional 2–3 hours until fully set.
- Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, fold crushed pineapple or strawberries into the Jello. Works great made a day ahead!
