Easy Raspberry Jello Dessert


Description

A light, refreshing, and perfectly sweet raspberry Jello dessert made with simple ingredients—great for parties, potlucks, or an easy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (6 oz) raspberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt or sour cream
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve raspberry Jello in boiling water.
  2. Stir in cold water.
  3. Add raspberries and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until partially set.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix whipped topping with vanilla yogurt or sour cream.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over the partially set Jello.
  6. Refrigerate for an additional 2–3 hours until fully set.
  7. Top with fresh raspberries before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, fold crushed pineapple or strawberries into the Jello. Works great made a day ahead!
