Description

This classic Cranberry Jello Salad is a festive, fruity Christmas dessert—or holiday side dish—made with cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, and a creamy topping. Sweet, tangy, and perfect for any holiday table!


Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) box raspberry or cranberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add cranberry sauce and stir until blended.
  3. Mix in crushed pineapple and pecans.
  4. Pour mixture into a serving dish or mold.
  5. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until fully set.
  6. Whip cream or prepare Cool Whip and gently fold in mini marshmallows if using.
  7. Spread creamy topping over the chilled Jello layer.
  8. Chill again until ready to serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add orange zest or swap pecans for walnuts. This dish works as both a dessert and a festive holiday side!
