- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream or Cool Whip
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add cranberry sauce and stir until blended.
- Mix in crushed pineapple and pecans.
- Pour mixture into a serving dish or mold.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until fully set.
- Whip cream or prepare Cool Whip and gently fold in mini marshmallows if using.
- Spread creamy topping over the chilled Jello layer.
- Chill again until ready to serve.
