Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and top each chicken breast with tomato slices and mozzarella.
  5. Cover skillet and cook until cheese is melted.
