Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat if needed.
  5. Season with taco seasoning, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Assemble bowls by adding rice as the base.
  7. Top with black beans, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, and seasoned ground beef.
