  • 12 small taco shells

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning with a little water; cook until beef is fully coated and seasoned.
  4. Heat taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. Fill each shell with ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
  6. Top with sour cream and serve immediately.
