Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning with a little water; cook until beef is fully coated and seasoned.
- Heat taco shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each shell with ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
- Top with sour cream and serve immediately.
